Alex stood at the origins of HypeFactory. Thanks to 15 years of professional experience, the agency emerged, as well as its brand-new technology. Ex CEO of Fotostrana — one of the biggest social media projects in CIS — now Alex is working on our company’s strategy exploring new markets, developing products, and continuously perfecting the entire business process.
Alina is the Head of Marketing. She is responsible for developing the agency's marketing strategy and implementing it across global markets. At HypeFactory, Alina is responsible for positioning the agency in the international markets and increasing brand awareness among new and current clients.
Dimitri is Head of Sales at HypeFactory. He began his career in mobile advertising in 2014 and made his way up from Manager to Head of Sales at Cheetah Mobile. In 2019, he became Vice President of Sales and Business Development at WebEye. At HypeFactory, Dimitri was responsible for performance marketing and is now leading the global sales department.
Michael is Chief Global Growth Officer at HypeFactory, a global influencer marketing agency. Michael has 15-year experience in marketing and advertising. Prior to HypeFactory Michael led different units and agencies at international advertising holdings IPG Mediabrands, Omnicom, GroupM. At HypeFactory, he is responsible for global growth, expansion to new markets and overall agency management with CEO and COO.
Anne creates excellent marketing campaigns implementing advanced case-by-case approach and strategic vision. Through her efforts, brands not only gain recognition, but loyalty and love. Her skills are confirmed by dozens of successful cases of promotion collaborations carried out by Anne and her team.
Dasha was one of the first in CIS to collaborate with bloggers overseas and to launch major international performance campaigns. Projects under her supervision are dozens of top marketing campaigns created for the best players in the global gamedev industry and cover more than 20 regions from Korea to America.
Regina leads a team that launches all of the marketing campaigns for our customers. She was one of the first in Russia to engage with influencers to achieve the goals of performance marketing. By joining HypeFactory, Regina helped to strengthen the business and increase the number of successful campaigns.
Eli has 15-year experience in digital marketing, advertising and strategy. He held senior management positions in marketing agencies, such as OMD, Dentsu and BBDO. He was responsible for creating, planning and delivering a strategic vision for clients across different industries. At HypeFactory, Eli is leading the creative department.
At HypeFactory, Vital is responsible for the visual style of all influencer marketing campaigns. In his work, he combines a structured approach with creativity and consistency. He has vast experience in developing the vision, concepts, and style of large projects. Vital is also highly experienced in managing a creative team.
Ann is a Head of Client Excellence. She is in charge of the development and scaling of all projects and clients within HypeFactory. For the last 8 years in the advertising market Ann coordinated digital projects of Chinese and international brands, developed strategies for campaigns with a unique reach of more than 50M around the world. She launched creative multi-level special projects and dozens of massive flights.
Alexa started in marketing working for advertising agencies in Australia, and advanced in Russia becoming an HR director of Wavemaker, creating strategies, implementing SOX-requirements. At HypeFactory Alexa pursues her main passion - helps talented people from all over the world become a strong team.
